Andrew Bennett comes from a small dot on the map of Kentucky known as Hudgins. It is one of those places that if you blink, you will miss it. He went to Green County High School where his nickname of “ROO” first began as young freshmen. Currently Andrew is attending college at Campbellsville University, pursuing a degree in High School Education and Biology.
Andrew has been a member of Steadfast since the fall of 2008, playing guitar for the band. He mainly plays rhythm, adding a filling sound in the string section, and enjoys every minute of it. Outside of the band, Andrew enjoys many things that surround outdoor life. He contributes this to growing up on a farm. Anything that deals with fishing or hunting he will most times take part in. Andrew also spends a lot of time with his friends and family just having a good time at the movies or playing video games.
At church, Andrew holds a position as the guitar player in his church band and also helps out with the youth band. He also helps out preaching where the Lord takes him as a part of his ministry. All in all Andrew just enjoys life and loving God and tries to have fun doing it.
